» Where all does Gourmet Food India deliver?
We deliver all over the country except for places which are not serviced by our courier partners.

» How will I know whether I can get delivery in the areas that I live?
Once you place the order, you will be called & informed about the possibility to deliver to your area. Alternatively you can call us before placing the order. We will keep enhancing the areas of delivery on an ongoing basis.

» When does Gourmet Food India deliver?
Typically your products will be shipped within 48 Hours of us receiving the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from stores or our suppliers.

» Is there a charge for delivery?
If your order value is above Rs. 500 /- (single order), then the delivery will be done free of charge.
There is a Nominal Charge of Rs.50 for all order values lower than Rs 500/-.

» What if I'm not home to receive my order?
Our representative will try a second time. This time they will call you and co-ordinate accordingly.

» Is it necessary to register on Gourmet Food India to make a purchase?
No it is not mandatory to have an account to shop, but there are many benefits like a welcome voucher, loyalty bonus points besides the ease & time saving during subsequent ordering.

» What is Cash on Delivery and how does it work? Does Gourmet Food India Offer Cash on Delivery?
Cash on Delivery is a post paid purchase where you pay in cash after you receive the goods. Our Representative will call you before coming to deliver your order. Please keep the amount of cash ready based on the order confirmation along with the delivery and other applicable charges if any.
Please understand that we don’t accept cheques or any other form of payment mechanisms like coupons, cards if the medium of payment is cash on delivery.

» What if I don’t like the quality or the products delivered to me?
We would request you to check the products while accepting the products during delivery. In case you are not happy with the quality of the products, please return those products to the representative. Please also make a remark on the bill about the return and name of the product returned along with your signature. Your money will refunded post the adjustment for delivery charges and discounts if applicable if paid by card or bank transfer. In case it is a cash on delivery purchase and then pay him only for the products that you accept.
Important : If your order value after returns is less than 500 Rs then the delivery charges of 50 Rs will be levied and any bill size based offer discount will be reversed and deducted from the refund due to you .

» Can I cancel my order?
1) No return or cancellation is possible after accepting delivery.
2) In case you would like to cancel the order for what so ever reason, you will need to send an email to us on the contact us page with the following details

  • Date of order
  • Order Number
  • Reason for cancellation

3) Else you can inform our representative when he calls for the order confirmation for the delivery timing and date.
We will cancel the order and process the refund.

» When and how will get my refund in case of cancellation or product return?
The refund of the excess money received will be processed within 3 working days of the Difference of amount, return or cancellation. The process for the actual refund may take 7-14 working days to reflect in your Credit Card or Bank Account. There will be no refund in cash.
All refund will be subject to deduction of Delivery Charges or Offer Values as applicable
For Enquiries on refunds – Please send us an email on the contact us page and our representative will update you on the status either via email or through a phone call.

» What if products ordered by me are out of stock?
In a rare case where products ordered by you are out of stock and we don’t see ourselves getting stock within 48 Hours, our representative will call you and update you on the products that are currently not in stock. We will deliver the rest of the products at your convenience and process a refund for the out of stock products.

» I want to Place bulk orders or need some specific, special hampers?
You can fill in the “Contact Us form” with your queries on the webstore and our representative will get in touch with you within one working day of your query.

» What are the current offers and promotions running?

  • Welcome Voucher: The current offers running are a Free Rs.100 voucher on registration on Gourmet Food India.
  • Loyalty Points: 1 point for every Rs. 1 spent while shopping.
  • Referral Bonus: Earn Rs. 25 for every person referred by you & who registers with Gourmet Food India.

IMPORTANT POINTS

  •  You will be emailed a welcome voucher code which will entitle you for a Rs.100 off on your purchase, provided the purchase is over Rs.500(before application of any discount offers or delivery charges), at the time of applying the coupon code. This coupon will be sent to your registered email address and is for one time use only.
  •  This coupon will be valid for a period 1 month from the date of issue.
  •  The coupon is valid and can be redeemed on a minimum purchase of Rs 500/- .
  •  Loyalty Points will be issued post the completion of the transaction (collection of cash/ bill value, goods received and acknowledged by you).
  •  1 Loyalty point is worth Rs.0.1
  • You need a minimum of 1000 loyalty points to be able to redeem them.
  •  The offers cannot be exchanged for cash or clubbed with any other offer
  • Referral Bonus can be redeemed only when 4 or more referred people register.

» How do I encash the coupon?
Once you have placed your order, on the check out page (before the payment page) there is a box which says ‘Apply coupon code’. You need to put (type or paste) the coupon code in that box and click on apply coupon. If your purchase is of Rs.500 or more, you will be given a discount of Rs. 100/-. Incase you get an error message, please check whether you have shopped for Rs. 500 in your current bill and also check whether you have typed in the correct coupon code and the coupon is valid (within one month of issue).

» Can I use two coupons at the same time?
No you can use only one coupon for a single transaction.

» Can I buy e-gift vouchers?
Yes you can buy coupons for various values to gift to others. Just login to your account and go to the gift vouchers section. Once payment is made, this voucher will be sent to you.
